Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rescheduling
Customers who wish to cancel an appointment or puja booking will first be offered the option to reschedule to another available date or time.
Refund Eligibility
If the customer does not wish to reschedule and cancels before the booked service begins, a refund will be provided after the booking and payment details are verified.
A customer may request cancellation through the contact details below. Please share the booking reference and scheduled service details.
After Service Commencement
Refunds are not available once an appointment, puja or other booked service has begun or has been completed.
Cancellation by Astronilayam
If Astronilayam cannot provide a confirmed service, the customer may choose to reschedule or receive a refund.
Payment Issues
If payment was deducted but the booking was not confirmed, contact us with the payment reference. We will verify the payment and resolve the issue. Please avoid making duplicate payments while verification is pending.
Refund Processing
Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method after verification. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on the payment provider and bank.
