Appointment Services
Astrology, Vastu and Muhurtham appointments are delivered according to the service details and agreed schedule communicated at booking.
Pratyaksha Seva (In-Person)
For an in-person puja or seva, the devotee attends the specified venue, on the confirmed date and at the communicated time, subject to the terms of the selected service.
Paroksha Seva (Remote)
For a Paroksha seva, the puja is conducted on the devotee’s behalf. The service inclusions and any available confirmation or updates depend on the seva selected and will be communicated during booking.
Booking Confirmation
After a successful verified payment for an eligible booking, a confirmation or booking reference will be provided through the available website or communication channel. Any ticket or digital receipt functionality is subject to activation on the website.
Changes or Unavailability
Service dates and time slots may change when necessary. If that happens, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.
