Bookings
Please provide accurate name, contact number, selected service, date and time when placing a booking. A request is not a confirmed paid booking until it is accepted and, where applicable, payment is verified.
Services
Astronilayam provides astrology, Vastu, Muhurtham, appointment and puja-related services. Pratyaksha seva refers to participation in person, while Paroksha seva refers to a service conducted on the devotee’s behalf without attendance, subject to the details shown for the selected seva.
Dates, slots, service inclusions and availability depend on the selected service. Where rescheduling is necessary, we will communicate with the customer.
Prices and Payments
The applicable service amount should be shown before payment. Any advance payment for an appointment is adjusted against that service as described at booking. Payment confirmation is communicated after payment verification.
Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us by WhatsApp or email as early as possible if you need to request a cancellation or rescheduling. Whether a change is possible depends on the service, its preparation status and availability.
Refunds
If a customer cancels before the booked service begins and does not wish to reschedule, the customer is eligible for a refund after booking and payment verification. Refunds are not available after the service has begun or been completed. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
